High West Whiskey Distillery’s newest culinary offering, the Full Moon Whiskey Trail, involves full moon snowshoeing, fine dining, and multiple whiskey pairings. High West has garnered national attention for both its prowess as a restaurant and as a distillery. This full moon foodie quest incorporates High West's signature cooking and whiskeys with Utah's romantic mountain setting. Enjoy a guided snowshoe that revolves around your taste buds.

Small parties are driven to High West’s Blue Sky Ranch, an authentic western style ranch property off the Old Lincoln Highway. Guests will be outfitted with snowshoe equipment and then guided through the Uinta wilderness.

The first High West Distillery and Saloon whiskey pairing occurs inside a teepee where guests compare from among High West’s best samplings and warm up. Then the journey continues further into the surrounding mountain backcountry until guests are led to the Tavern Blue Sky for a full dinner cooked over an open fire using three different kinds of wood.

Guests are treated to warm beverages, an exceptional multiple course dinner prepared by one of High West's award-winning chefs, and another whiskey tasting. Following dinner, the group will head back down the property for High West Smore’s and  a final High West Campfire Whiskey pairing around an open fire pit. Guests are then driven back to Park City.
