A native of Newport, Rhode Island, Tracey moved to Park City looking for a lifestyle change. The recipient of numerous professional awards, including three nominations for the company’s “President’s Circle”, Tracey is proud to exceed clients’ expectations. She specializes in both resale properties as well as new construction developments and once was part of the sales team at Silver Strike at Deer Valley's Village at Empire Pass, Chateaux DuVal, and Waldorf Astoria Park City. Tracey and partner, Rick Shand, currently represent ski and golf properties at Apex Residences, Viridian, and Juniper Landing Park City at Park City's Canyons Village.
