I have been an active Realtor for 14 years, with 13 years previous management experience with AT&T. I bring over 25 years of extensive education, training and experience with core strengths being strong communication and negotiation skills. I feel these skills are critical to every real estate transaction. The same qualities that made me successful in the management team of AT&T have helped me achieve consistent results in the Wasatch Front real estate market. My determination to get the job done combines perfectly with my marketing savvy. I feel I achieve my results through education, aggressive marketing, honest market analysis, responsiveness to clients and potential buyers, and the reputation I have built that gives other agents security in knowing I am a professional, full-time agent. Since beginning my real estate career, I am consistently ranked in the top of the Wasatch Front Realtors. I take pride in the recognition; however, I consider my greatest achievement to be the sense of satisfaction I feel every time I help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I am accredited with my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation. This is a nationally recognized designation that requires completing a rigorous program of course work covering the facets of real estate. The topics of the detailed curriculum include valuation, law, finance, real estate investment, taxation, ethics, construction and land use. I have also completed an extensive negotiation course and earned my CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert accreditation. Being a native of Utah, growing up in the Ogden area, and later living in Sandy, Murray, Bountiful and the North Davis area, I can offer knowledge and expertise to clients in all areas of the Wasatch Front. I will listen to your needs and hear what you say, provide the necessary information to help you make good decisions, and follow through with attention to detail.
