I am the “Brock” of The Greg and Brock Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I have been in the business since the late 1990s. I love what I do. Whether I am working with first time home buyers or multi-million-dollar properties, I learn something new with each transaction. My clients become my friends and has allowed me to develop a very strong repeat and referral-based business. It’s very common for me to be the “family realtor”. I take pride in my work and enjoy all the different parts of the business. Meeting new people has always been one of my favorite things. Hard work, consistency and dependability have been attributes that I have based my business on for many years.

Being in the business, for as long as I have been, I have experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market over the past 22 years. There has been great and there has been not so great. I have learned a great deal about markets, mentality and negotiation. Our team has been unique, because not many teams are able to thrive, and thrive for as many years as we have. We are like a small family and all of us bring a lot to the table to help our clients. We have constantly been in the top 100 in the United States as producers for Berkshire Hathaway. We have done it both in commissioned income and with units sold. I have been a past Board of Director for the Salt Lake Board. I am a Sterling R Contributor for RPAC, giving back to private property rights in Utah. In Salt Lake, we have been the number one Small Sales Team and the number one Medium Sales Team.

I am fortunate enough to work with my wife, Aubrey, by my side. She is a huge asset to me and our team. Her background is in design and she does a lot of home staging for not only me and my team, but for many other agents. It’s always fun to be able to offer the two of us for the price of one. It has been so helpful to have a couple different perspectives in the business for our clients.

We have six kids that keep us so busy - I wouldn’t trade that for anything. Balancing work life, soccer games, golf, wrestling and dance performances is challenging, but I believe that the busier that we are the more efficient that we become.
