Tricia’s connection to the Rocky Mountains began before her real estate career. As one of the Rocky Mountain Division’s top female skiers, she competed throughout New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming in three events: slalom, giant slalom, and downhill. Her skiing led her to the University of Colorado in Boulder, where she earned an associate degree in psychology, before moving to Southern California.

Tricia began her real estate career in Orange County, California, in the early 1980s, specializing in residential sales before working with new home developers throughout Orange and Riverside counties.

In 1990, Tricia moved to Park City, Utah, where she ultimately became a branch broker for Prudential Coleman and built and led a successful real estate team establishing a reputation for exceptional market knowledge, strong negotiation, skills, and a personalized approach to client service.

Recognized with numerous Top Selling Agent of the Year awards, Tricia also earned a specialized degree in Residential Marketing (MIRM) from the University of California, Irvine, as well as the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Today, Tricia specializes in Park City, Deer Valley, the Jordanelle area, and the Heber Valley. Known for her market knowledge, negotiation skills, and personalized service, she is guided by integrity, loyalty, and personal attention as she helps clients find mountain retreats, sell cherished properties, and navigate new construction purchases.
