Kristin moved to Park City with her husband, Tiger, in 2013 after raising their 3 children Hanover, NH. They lived in New England for 25 years where Kristin worked for non-profits, Dartmouth College and the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Kristin ran several fundraising events for the College and the Hospital and was active in the public schools their kids attended. Tiger took over as president and CEO of US Ski and Snowboard which was the impetus for their move west. Tiger raced on the US Ski Team himself and was in 2 Olympics, 1984, in Sarajevo, and 1988 in Calgary, CA. All 3 of their children ski raced, 2 through college and Tiger and Kristin volunteered their time in the local ski program, Ford Sayre Ski Club. The Shaw household in Park City has been home away from home for several US Ski and Snowboard athletes. Kristin has a love of the outdoors and strong sense of community. Living in Park City, with tremendous access to the outdoors in addition to wonderful cultural and intellectual opportunities has been a terrific transition from New England to the west. In her free time Kristin enjoys skiing, biking, golf, tennis and is just starting to play a bit of pickleball.
