Dave started his real estate career in Salt Lake City, Utah where in 1997 he won "Rookie Sales Agent of the Year" for Carlson ERA. As one of the top producers for Carlson ERA, Will Cooper added Dave to his group and it was great to have such an amazing mentor.
He and his wife Sharyl raised their family in the Cottonwood Heights area of Salt Lake County and enjoyed being 20 minutes from the fabulous ski resorts in both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons.
When the time came, the opportunity arose to move to Southern Utah and work alongside his long-time business associate, Sandy Gustaveson, as a new home sales agent at the award-winning golf community, Coral Canyon, in Southern Utah.
Dave loves the outdoors and riding his Harley-Davidson to amazing destinations from Canada to Mexico and the Redwoods to Mount Rushmore!
Having been calling St. George home for over 20 years, Dave is excited to join Berkshire Hathaway and help others discover and relocate to this amazing area of Southern Utah.
