Moraya Dodson is the founder and CEO of Moraya Realty Group. Her primary focus is establishing meaningful relationships with people within her community and business network to support her role as a trusted real estate advisor. Moraya goes to great lengths to ensure her client’s best interest remains the top priority in her real estate dealings by harnessing the daily practice of active listening, patience, and transparency.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah as well as her extensive background working in professional sales, Moraya has the fundamental ability to appropriately analyze the state of the market & negotiate the most ideal financial outcome for her clients. She makes a point to ensure the real estate transaction is as seamless and effortless as possible on the clients end, because ultimately, her client’s satisfaction & happiness are of the utmost importance.

Outside of the workplace, Moraya is a mother to her beloved French Bulldog, Peta Rose, and enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping, and exploring new landscapes. She has many passions which include: fashion, culinary arts, and personal & intellectual growth. Moraya plans to go to Le Cordon Bleu in France in her distant future to cross off one of her bucket list items. She continues to foster her immigrant roots by traveling with her extended family from Holland once a year all over the world.

Put myself through college while being heavily involved in multiple student organizations.

Perfect day:

Wake up with no alarm, sip a cup of coffee while reading a book, practice yoga in the sun, meditate, journal, explore the outdoors with my dog, and end it with a 4 course meal at one of my favorite, local restaurants with someone I love.

Best gift you've ever received:

A trip to my mom's homeland, Holland, to meet my extended family and explore our heritage.

Basically, I could win American Idol.

Define success:

Success is obtaining the awareness to enjoy the scenery of life along the journey.

What do you love about Utah?

I love the fact I can jump in the car and be in the mountains within minutes! I equally love that I can jump in the car and be to the desert within hours! The landscape is pure magic.
