Linda began her career in real estate mortgage lending after graduating from the University of Utah. She worked in various positions which included underwriting and corporate training with Zions Mortgage. In 1991, Linda moved to Park City and started her family as well as her career as a mortgage loan originator including owning her own lending company. She later moved from lending into real estate with her business partner, Keara Sardo, as the Sardo-Murdoch Group. Linda has always been devoted to working hard and providing the best service to her clients. Her expertise in the mortgage lending field provides a great benefit to her real estate clients in determining what property will meet their financial needs whether they are a first time homeowner, second homeowner, or investor. Linda’s attention to details in this ever changing market, her high work ethics, and her dedication to her clients will surely will make her clients into friends. Outside of work, Linda enjoys the mountain lifestyle of hiking, water skiing, spring snow skiing, travel, and, most of all, being with her daughter and son-in-law in Newport Beach.
