Kim Casey has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Known for her natural-born people skills, Kim is passionate about creating and maintaining relationships through effective communication, dedication, and sincerity. Kim’s number one goal is to help her clients fulfill their dream of home ownership. She knows the peace and comfort a home can bring and considers it an honor to participate in the process.

Kim was awarded the Women’s Council of REALTORS® “Rising Star Award” in 2018, The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society Award in 2021, and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society Award in 2022. Additionally, Kim has served on several committees within the Cache Valley Association of REALTORS®, including Public Relations Chair, Affiliate Committee, RPAC (REALTOR® Political Action Committee), and Business Committee. 

Kim’s 24 years of experience in healthcare, finance, and hospitality have contributed to the well-rounded agent she is today. Kim has a keen eye for detail, is a master negotiator, and, most of all, takes the time to connect with each client personally.

Kim grew up in Sandy, Utah, and lived in Salt Lake County for 26 years. She continues to serve clients in the Salt Lake and Cache County areas. Kim deeply understands the local housing market and uses her knowledge to educate and guide her clients to the best possible outcome. 

 Kim has proudly called Cache Valley her home for the last 33 years. She truly loves where she lives and the people that make this community so remarkable. Snowboarding in the winter, paddleboarding, riding her bike, spending quality time with her friends and dogs, or attending to her next yard project.
