Heidi has spent well over 30 years “Managing the ART of being connected” and perfecting the customer experience. Prior to her successful career in Real Estate, Heidi spent over 13 years at Nordstrom where she was a Senior Buyer and leader in the company’s product development. Heidi was selected to represent the company in both Europe and Asia for product development, purchasing, and manufacturing. Known for their legendary customer service, her years there was the perfect training ground. She received prestigious awards including; Customer Service All-Star, the Buyers Cup, and was a member year over year in the Pacesetter Club, which recognized outstanding individual sales. After her years in the fashion industry, she worked in a consulting role for an international luxury conglomerate, Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, also known as Richemont.

With parents who immigrated to Utah from Switzerland and family still abroad, a European University education was within range. She graduated from the Universite de Paris-Sorbonne with a degree in Literature with an emphasis on philosophy and poetry. She returned to the University of Utah for a graduate degree in International Relations.

Preserving Utah’s rich history through significant architecture is top on Heidi’s passion list. Heidi has offered her time and her resources to a number of local and national Preservation groups.
