Daniel Ramos was raised in Olympus Hills, a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah. He was involved in property management and development as a young man, working at his father's construction & property management company. While working with his father he developed a passion, understanding, and appreciation of the value of real property. 

After graduating from high school, he chose to pursue a career in the United States Army, enlisting in 2010. He served two years as an Interior Electrician, which deepened his understanding of the construction and development process. Upon completing his primary service term, he returned home to Utah and continued his military service in the Army Reserve. Daniel was honorably discharged in 2019. While in the reserves he settled in the mountains of Park City. Daniel was naturally attracted to the Park City lifestyle. His passion for fitness and outdoor sports led him to change gears (literally) and pursue a career in the outdoor industry.  He loves to share his knowledge and passion for outdoor sports and he quickly became a top salesman for various high-end ski & bike retailers in Park City. Ultimately becoming a partner in his own bicycle retail business in 2018. Daniel loves great sporting gear, but he loves people even more. He knew that he was missing something and craved a career where he could connect with people on a greater scale. He wanted to be out in the world meeting people and helping them achieve their goals. He knew that he couldn’t do that from his shop, so in 2019 he sold his stake and jumped into the proverbial Real Estate deep end to either sink or swim. 

He is now a full-time real estate agent, focusing on commercial properties in the Wasatch Back. He has experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions including sales and leasing of retail, restaurant, office, industrial, land, multifamily, and investment properties. Take Daniel’s military discipline and organization, mix it with his luxury retail sales experience and his deep understanding of real property and you’re left with one heck of a real estate agent! Daniel connects easily with clients as a friend, supporter, and advocate. He loves to see his clients achieve their life goals and will be the first person to remind them how far they can go.
