Bruce Kipp Associate Broker

I was raised in Salt Lake City, then in 1986 I built a home and moved to Park City. I now split my time between the two cities—It’s a great diverse lifestyle. Being a native Utahan, I have lifelong knowledge and experience with both the Wasatch Front and the Wasatch Back communities.

I was licensed as a mortgage banker in 1996 and then as a Realtor® in 1999. Since then I’ve closed almost 500 real estate transactions. The national average is two per year.

I am now licensed as an Associate Broker, and I belong to both the Park City and the Salt Lake City Board of Realtors® and MLS systems. I actively represent both sellers and buyers in both unique markets.

Of 854 agents, I was the #1 relocation agent in 2018, I have a steady stream of buyers and sellers from some huge multi-national corporations like American Express, GE Healthcare and Goldman Sachs. I was in the top 10 agents at Coldwell Banker for 12 years and am now the number six agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties.

I answer my phone seven days a week and process 100% of my clients’ business myself. Work with me and you’ll never get passed off to a buyer’s agent or a seller’s agent. If I choose to take a client on, I commit to handle the transaction myself from start to finish.

I grew up skiing and golfing and have always had at least one Labrador all of my life. I currently have three.

I diligently and aggressively work at my real estate business daily, but I promised myself when I started selling real estate in 1999 that I would never get “pushy.” Don’t you just hate pushy sales people?

That’s it. Call that I answer my phone.
