A long time resident of Santa Barbara, Brad met his wife while on a ski trip and together they made Park City their permanent home. Brad began his real estate career in his old home town where he found success with investment properties and distressed assets. With a background in television advertising and marketing, he brings a fresh perspective, new marketing strategies and a deep knowledge of real estate to the Park City area. He specializes in single family homes as well as long and short-term investment properties in the Old Town area. Real estate is truly his passion and he loves seeing families find the perfect home.
