Since 1992, Bob Richards has been a Realtor serving the Greater St. George / Washington County areas. In May of 2021, he celebrated closing on his 5000th home sale which very few agents ever achieve in their careers.

We purchased our home 20 years ago. We moved from Salt Lake City to Saint George. Bob Richards was recommended to us by the realtor who sold our home.We are very fortunate to have found Bob Richards. He was very pleasant and helpful. He showed us lovely homes in our price range in nice neighborhoods.He worked with a private seller to accommodate us since the house we eventually chose was FOR SALE by owner. He negotiated 10% below the list price.Bob offers fun and valuable promotions several times a year. We have received free smoke alarm batteries, free pies, Parade of Home tickets, etc. He also sends Birthday and Holiday greetings. We went to a really fun party arranged by Bob for his clients. He bought out the movie theater and invited us to a free wonderful first-run production. He had prize drawings and treats for all. It was lots of fun and beyond generous.We will definitely ask for Bob’s services when we consider a move. However, we are so happy with the wonderful home he found us, we may never wish to leave. Our first interaction with Bob Richards & Associates was when Bob helped us find our current home. HIs focus on listening to us and then showing us homes that met our desires paid off with a home we have been happy with for 14 years. His business focus of “Consider It Done” became apparent the first day we moved into our home. We had a water pipe leak and Bob brought large fans and helped us dry out the room and then paid for a night at a local motel to let the carpet dry. Since that time Bob’s realty business has continued to stay in touch with us through services such as information and guidance on property tax assessments and 6 month reminders to change batteries in our smoke alarms and even providing the batteries! We have also been guests to annual free movie days and recipients of Thanksgiving pies. We have worked with numerous other realty companies over our lifetimes but have always been forgotten after the property sale. Bob and his associates continue to make us feel like a part of his realty family. i was nervous at first about the timeline given, the amount of money we had to put in - but we listened and sold our house within the first week of listing it. Could not have been happier!! Our buying agent was knowledgeable, helpful and full of ideas, suggestions and was very helpful at each of the homes we looked at.
