I am accredited with my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation. This is a nationally recognized designation that requires completing a rigorous program of course work covering the facets of real estate. The topics of the detailed curriculum include valuation, law, finance, real estate investment, taxation, ethics, construction and land use. I have also completed an extensive negotiation course and earned my CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert accreditation. Being a native of Utah, growing up in the Ogden area, and later living in Sandy, Murray, Bountiful and the North Davis area, I can offer knowledge and expertise to clients in all areas of the Wasatch Front.
