Dana Arnold grew up in Great Falls, MT.  She graduated from National University with a Master’s degree in Education Administration. She then moved south to San Diego and further south to Texas working in the field of education teaching architecture basics and engineering. With that knowledge, she entered into the world of real estate.  After spending many vacations skiing in Montana and Utah, she fell in love with the mountains and the outdoors.  Park City became a yearly retreat.  She raised her children in California, Idaho and Texas.  However, the love for a four-season lifestyle and small town friendliness of Park City secured her decision to move to the serenity this area has to offer.  She has decades of experience with the new home construction process, understanding the hyper-local areas in the real estate market to help her clients navigate the particulars of competitively pricing their property and assisting buyers in negotiating an offer.  While searching for her own home and helping family and friends navigate the different neighborhoods of Park City, she found the perfect fit with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah. She and her family enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, running, and scuba diving.
