Lance has an extensive resume with 30 years in the real estate industry and over 2,000 successfully closed transactions. During this tenure he was the #1 Agent in the Wasatch Front for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties and Summit Sotheby’s 10x, including the #1 Large Team in the Salt Lake Board of Realtors 2x. As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Lance uses his experience and industry knowledge to help create productive office environments, mentor and coach producing agents, and provide guidance on complex transactions. In 2025, he took over the Southern Utah Operations, including direct management of the St George office. Lance also assists with the Relocation and Commercial Division at Utah Properties State-Wide. Additionally, with his background in land deals, developments, and new home communities, he assists the Developer Services Division at the Company.
