Felysha Lilley is a second-generation REALTOR® dedicated to helping clients navigate real estate with integrity, loyalty, strong negotiations, and clear communication. She believes every transaction should be handled with care, transparency, and attention to detail so clients feel confident throughout the process. A Utah native, Felysha proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Northern Utah and Southern Idaho, including Cache Valley and surrounding communities, as part of the team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She brings experience in digital, print, and international marketing, ensuring her clients’ properties are positioned effectively in today’s market. Felysha currently serves as Treasurer for the Women's Council of Realtors Cache Valley, contributing to the financial stewardship and leadership development of the organization. She is also a member of NAR, UAR, and CVAR. Her professional background includes working on film sets associated with the Sundance Institute, horse trainer and youth mentor, serving vulnerable teens through equine therapy at Whispering Canyons Horse Ranch, mentoring refugees through the Catholic Community Services of Utah Refugee Resettlement Program, and operating her own freelance hair and makeup business, of 15 years. These experiences strengthened her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and deepened her commitment to serving her community. Felysha holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Utah State University and is married to her loving spouse.
